Just a quick hello to say I will be blogging about my thoughts and ideas about life and sharing some life experiences along the way, both past and present. I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and what is meant for us will not pass us by. Holding these beliefs means I know that I am where I am because of everything which has gone before. Every experience has shaped me, how ever difficult that may have been. But that does not mean I am all that has happened to me because as an adult I have all the choices to develop and change and not let the bad bits continue to play out going forward.
What happened in my past, does not have to be part of my future. That is the scary part of moving forward and facing some of our demons so they don't come with us. It is possible to leave things behind and develop our character with confidence, and it does not have to be hard.
One of the scariest questions to contemplate is what would you do if you could go back and change things in your life. Would you change anything? Regret devours joy, we can learn from the past but we cannot change it. We can make reparations for the past but it doesn't go away, we need to make peace with it and bring the learning and the best of it with us. Work on today and plan for tomorrow.
So, welcome, and if you need a little help at any time please drop me an email and we can talk about what life coaching can do for you.
